Below mentioned books are the most informative and practical books that I've read regarding tennis mental toughness, conditioning in tennis as well as QuickStart tennis; therefore, I review them regularly and try to teach and implement them in my lessons according to my students' needs. This book is a must-read book for all players with different skills. Winning Ugly tackles mental aspects, giving tips how to think and control your emotions before, during and after the match. Also, explaining how to deal and take advantage of different unusual match situations such as windy or sunny days. Plus, it explains the different playing styles (counterpunchers, hitters,..) and elucidates the ways you can beat such players. It also includes information about conditioning and nutrition. Also, it provides detailed information about supplements, nutrition, drug abuse, and physical training.
